Bertie Brown
Bertie Brown was dumped at the side of a busy road in a village close to Sevlievo. We received a call from a young lady who had been feeding him asking for help as people in the village did not want him there. We went immediately. He was so tiny and very vulnerable.
He is now in the quarantine area at the shelter
