Do you want to transport your beloved or newly adopted dog safely from Bulgaria to the UK or Europe? We are an experienced rescue organisation who does exactly that. With our professional transportation service we put your dogs wellbeing first and make sure they arrive in their new home as relaxed as possible. We are a well established fully licensed shelter operating in the Gabrovo region of Bulgaria and have so far rehomed more than 450 dogs. What makes our transport special is that any profit made goes back into the organisation. Basically by transporting your dog with us you help us to save more lives. Communication was very clear,we knew from the Beginning what the Timetable Was. Updates every few Hours about the Dogs was very nice,and every dog was always included in the Updates so there was no „how is my dog doing?“. Live tracking was also very nice,so we knew exactly about the current whereabouts of the transport. The dog pick up was also very nice,we met other adoptees and adopters and had some nice conversations. All in all it was very good experience and i would recommend Everydaystray. We were more than satisfied with the transport. I’ve never experienced a shelter going to such lengths to make such a long journey stress-free for the dogs and us adopters. Ellie traveled with her friends and family, was introduced to the crate, and even got to take a short test drive beforehand to feel more comfortable in the bus. She was fed and walked during the journey, which is definitely not a given with animal transport. Clair kept us constantly updated and even tried to plan the route to suit all of us as adopters. We only had a 20-minute drive home, and Ellie had plenty of time to meet us at the motorway service station before we took her home. I couldn’t have imagined a better transport for our sensitive little girl. We couldn’t be happier with the transport of our little Doni! Everything went amazingly from start to finish. The communication was excellent throughout the whole journey. Constant, easy, and reassuring. We always knew what was happening, and being able to see the live location of the transport was such a great feature and gave us so much peace of mind. Neil and Clair were absolutely wonderful and truly the best. You could see how much care and attention they gave to the dogs throughout the journey. Our little Doni arrived perfectly, happy, and most importantly, none of the dogs seemed distressed at all. We are so grateful for the fantastic service and genuine care. From the start, the communications with Everydaystray were uncomplicated and helpful at all times. After choosing our companion, the transport was organised. We got frequent updates about their journey. They even gave us advice for the first couple of weeks to help our new furry partner settle in to her new home in the smoothest way possible. We are now companions of a wonderful dog and we couldn’t be happier! During the process and even after you will witness the unmatched kindness and love they have for the strays they shelter. Every interaction and step along the way of adopting a puppy has been more than I hoped for. Clair responds quickly, kindly, and is incredibly open and thoughtful about the dogs in their care and pursuing the best futures for each of them. She and Neil clearly love every one of them like family; they never give up, they never say no, and they will do whatever it takes to put the dogs‘ welfare first. During the adoption process we spoke at length about my home, Willow’s character, and as we waited for him to be old enough for all his vaccinations and travel requirements to be ticked off, they kept me regularly updated with photos and videos, so I felt like I knew and loved him for months before I met him. The fact Everydaystray is willing and able to do the transport themselves was also an enormous plus – They put the dogs‘ health and safety and wellbeing first, not rushing or pushing them for the sake of speed. That said, because the dogs felt so well cared-for, they made excellent time! Willow traveled from Bulgaria to France in their air-conditioned, roomy transport van, and he was more than at-ease even after a multi-day roadtrip. It made his first days decompressing at home softer and easier on him, the introduction with my cats less stressful, and he blossomed quickly. Hardy arrived on the first transport organized directly by EveryDayStray. We were kept informed about the upcoming transport and all other details, receiving regular updates via a WhatsApp group. Shortly before the transport, there was an issue with Hardy’s TRACES number, but everyone worked hard to find a solution, and in the end, everything worked out. Although the live tracking didn’t work consistently during the journey, an alternative option was quickly found. Route planning took our locations into account, so we didn’t have to travel a long distance to the pickup point. It was wonderful to meet Neil and Clair upon arrival, and it was clear that the dogs‘ comfort was made a priority throughout the journey. You can really tell that the dogs‘ well-being is close to their hearts. We had a really good experience with Everydaystray and the transport of Iona to us. The communication was very good and we got updates several times a day during the transport, so we always knew how Iona was doing and where they were. Also the handover was very well organized and perfectly on time. Everything went smoothly and without any problems. For us it was of course a very exciting day, so it was really nice to always know what was going on.
